 Hope you’re all enjoying the delightful spring whether, not! 

 

 

In case you missed the news, Calderdale are holding a drop in session about the building works on Thursday at the town hall, from 3 to 6 pm, that’s where you can ask the builders and Pennine 2000 and Calderdale what’s happening with Harley Bank and your house. At 6pm they are giving a talk about what, when and where things are going to happen, followed by questions and hopefully answers!

 

 

 HBCA committee peeps will be there all afternoon if you want any help advice or just a moan.

 

 

 The

Broad/Bride street

block that’s going to be refurbished first, but the builders have not announced where they are going to start demolition yet, hopefully we can find out on Thursday.

 

 

We are also told to expect the full schedules of works to be carried out on each property in the

Broad/Bride street

block on Thursday as well as the costs.

 

 

Anyway, the builders say they will be starting on site on 21st of April, so polish up your hard hat!

 

 

After 5+ long years of talk and talk that’s got to be cause for some kind of celebration!

 

 

 

 On a different tack the town council have wisely decided to award us the readies to clean the Harley Humming’s factory wall and do some hanging garden thingies, remove the rusty ironwork and re paint the door. That’s subject to confirmation, but should be ok.
